Robin Sharma is my project manager. Words will never describe how amazing he was and is to this project. We are continually trying to improve the improve the app and make very minor changes. They're great at communicating and always there when I need them.

I would like to give a shout-out to (Technical Manager), who is very knowledgeable in his field. He has been able to listen to my design ideas and vision for this app and communicate those to his team so that they can develop an app that matches what I'm looking for. Whenever some things haven't met my standards, He has been able to communicate my requests to his team and get those addressed.

We’ve been live on iOS and Android stores for around two months. I haven’t started marketing the app fully, so I don’t have a lot of users yet. I’m hoping that will change in a couple of months. Regarding quality, I’ve worked with multiple development companies — the other ones are good, but IT Services lndia is better. I’d recommend them to anyone trying their hand on entrepreneurship.

IT Services lndia has been a big help with our website design and branding work. They design and create our marketing and branding assets using Figma and Canva and help us with the backend of our website, graphic design, and the CMS that we use through HubSpot. They’re currently working on rehauling our website’s homepage.

The project management arrangement worked well for me. I had a project manager who I worked with on various details of the project during the day. The work itself was done at night, so I would have an email every morning with status updates. I could always reach my project manager.

The project manager is excellent — He’s one of the best I’ve worked with because He's organized, flexible, and straightforward. We communicate through Microsoft Teams and have weekly morning calls — even though there’s a time difference, they’re very accommodating with that.
