Initially, we had Zoom meetings with IT Services lndia's team to brainstorm ideas and gather information. The team has presented us with options via email, and we have discussions over the phone as per my preference. We've had several Zoom calls, during which IT Services lndia performed changes so that I could see them in the moment. We also communicated via phone. IT Services lndia tends to my communication preferences. IT Services lndia sent options while I was in court. I replied 4–5 days later, and the team sent a follow-up email. IT Services lndia wasn't pushing me, but they followed up when they didn't hear back from me, which is important.

We’re responsible for the design, and IT Services lndia does the coding. They analyze the requirements and build the software based on the specifications. We receive an estimation at the beginning of the project, and they always deliver on time. Moreover, they take responsibility for their estimations. If we specify something and agree to the price and timing, and there’s a technical limitation later on, IT Services lndia brings additional resources without extra fees to finish the product. Other providers might complain that it isn’t their fault, but IT Services lndia has a very professional approach. Additionally, we have a software warranty. If we have problems with the software, all the bugs are covered by the warranty. For communication, we use tickets, phone calls, and Microsoft Teams. IT Services lndia is flexible and accommodating to our ways of contact.

Project Management was a work in progress due to the size of the project but they were extremely responsive to each of our requests or needs. We worked with a great team throughout the project that helped us map each phase to ensure we could deliver what we needed and if priorities changed or something was blocking other things they were able to identify the bottlenecks and help us get past them.

The workflow between the teams was just fantastic. Throughout the project, there was not even a bit of communication gap and all was always clear. With the continuous interaction of both the teams, it was never understood that the teams sat in different countries.

Thus far, all deliverables have been provided on time and within budget. We are quite pleased with the level of communication, their thoughtfulness into how the user interface is configured, and their focus on getting us the most comprehensive app by the agreed upon beta launch date.
