Hello, I am Sandeep Angra and I am the CIO/CTO at Unifi Aviation. My role involves overseeing the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors and other clients to help improve and increase business. Additionally, I also oversee the people processes and technologies within the company's IT Organization to ensure that they deliver outcomes that support the goals of the business. ITC Infotech has been our strategic technology partner in our transformation journey. The domain knowledge about the travel industry, understanding of our processes and requirements has been really good. The team from ITC Infotech has become an integral part of my IT Organization and the team has a demonstrator ownership commitment and accountability and it's very professional in their service delivery. The team from ITC infotech is engaged in multiple areas including enterprise data lake, robotic process, automation, application support, cloud infrastructure, IT Helpdesk and quality assurance. At PIB we work with ITC Infotech for several years building both our digital and our data proposition. Some of the deliveries been very good already but is building a big data warehouse of which we are now building out further data analytics capabilities and digitization and modernization of our proposition.
