ITGeeks

ITGeeks built our new e-commerce website, and the entire experience was excellent. Emma, our project manager, was incredibly responsive—every question or change request was addressed immediately. The final site is much faster and cleaner than what we had before, and we're very happy with both the result and how smoothly the project went.

Lisa was my project manager and an absolute pleasure to work with. She and her team responded quickly to every question I had, and after each weekly call, Lisa sent detailed emails that clearly outlined what we'd discussed, what had been completed, and what each of us needed to do before the next phase. The new Shopify site turned out beautifully—I've received lots of compliments on how polished it looks. I'm definitely working with them again and have already recommended them to a friend redesigning their website.

ITGeeks developed our Shopify website with integrated apps across the platform and created new content for our product catalog. We're now working with them regularly on SEO optimization.

ITGeeks did excellent work on our WooCommerce to Shopify migration and UI redesign. They were attentive during recurring meetings, genuinely listened to my designs, planning and executed the data migration effectively.

I couldn't be happier with how this turned out. The project involved solving a complex business challenge—handling different pricing and shipping rules for the Canary Islands versus mainland Spain while keeping the customer experience clear and straightforward, plus managing inventory synchronization across regions. What impressed me most was that the team didn't just build what I initially asked for. They continuously researched better alternatives, explained every trade-off honestly, and adapted the solution until we found what was genuinely the best long-term approach for my business. Communication stayed excellent throughout, and every piece of feedback I gave was taken seriously. The final result is actually simpler and better than the original idea I had at the start. I'd happily work with ITGeeks again on future improvements.

We've worked with ITGeeks for several years on Precision Fly and Tackle projects, and it's been a stress-free, well-executed partnership. Riya's communication stands out—she clearly explains scope, keeps both sides accountable, and navigates complex challenges like our 20,000 SKU migration and product syncing issues with ease. The team delivered on time and showed real attention to detail managing filters, live feeds, and real-time product management across platforms.

I was extremely nervous about handing over my website project to another company because it's not just a business tool—it's a representation of my art, my mission, and something deeply personal to me. I needed a team that could truly understand my vision and translate it into a digital experience. IT Geeks exceeded my expectations in every way. From the start, their communication and responsiveness were outstanding. They built an incredibly organized system that kept every detail transparent and easy to follow at each stage. No matter how many questions I had, someone was always available to help, explain things clearly, and guide me through the process.

Working with IT Geeks has been an exceptional experience. They are knowelegeable, quick to reasearch and assist in finding solutions and timeline driven. They have been valueable in our UX overhaul and technical development portion of our site.

Our overall experience with ITGeeks has been very positive. They’ve supported us with ongoing Shopify development work, helping us implement updates and optimizations efficiently as needs come up. Emma has been a key point of contact and has been consistently responsive, organized, and helpful in keeping requests moving forward. Communication has been clear, and deliverables are completed on time. Overall, they’ve felt like a reliable extension of our team for day-to-day development support.

We’ve been working with IT-Geeks on the Big Buffalo store, and the experience has been very solid from start to finish. Communication is clear, they move fast, and they understand exactly what’s needed without overcomplicating things. Emma has been great to work with. She’s responsive, thinks along proactively, and makes sure things actually get done properly instead of just “good enough.” From implementing the dynamic badge system to building out new PDP sections and handling more technical requests, everything has been executed cleanly. What I value most is that they combine technical skill with a good sense for e-commerce and conversion. It’s not just development, they understand the bigger picture. Would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable team that delivers quality work.

We hired them to fix the scroll function on our website and they were very quick to respond and very accurate on the timeline to resolve the issue. The pricing was pretty good and Tom had EXCELLENT communication and had the issue fixed in less than 3 hours!

We couldn’t be more pleased with IT-Geeks. Their team is incredibly knowledgeable and consistently demonstrates a deep understanding of our business and how we operate. They go beyond simple web development — they proactively look out for the customer’s best interest, offering thoughtful guidance and solutions that genuinely make a difference. Communication is seamless, their expertise is unmatched, and we genuinely enjoy working with them. IT-Geeks has become a trusted partner to our company, and we highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, innovative, and customer-focused web development support.

The IT team was incredibly responsive and adaptable throughout the customization process. They carefully listened to our needs, ensuring they fully understood our requirements before implementing any changes. Even when we needed custom adjustments and had to go back and forth, they handled everything efficiently and professionally. Their collaborative approach made the experience smooth and productive, and we truly appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to meet our expectations.

After implementing the fixes, the improvement in user experience was immediately noticeable. Customers could finally navigate the store smoothly without frustration, and the mobile menu worked as expected across all devices. The simplified collapsible menu on mobile made browsing effortless. The service for this project has been outstanding. And as a client to IT-Geeks I for several projects the respons and service has been just great all the way through.

We have nothing but greats things to say about IT Geeks. We were hesitant to hire an IT firm we have never worked with but our concerns were put at ease immediately. We were given a project manager (Andy!) who worked in a consistent manner that we had trouble keeping up! They were patient and understanding of each of our edits and desires with the new website.
