We’ve been working with IT-Geeks on the Big Buffalo store, and the experience has been very solid from start to finish. Communication is clear, they move fast, and they understand exactly what’s needed without overcomplicating things.

Emma has been great to work with. She’s responsive, thinks along proactively, and makes sure things actually get done properly instead of just “good enough.” From implementing the dynamic badge system to building out new PDP sections and handling more technical requests, everything has been executed cleanly.

What I value most is that they combine technical skill with a good sense for e-commerce and conversion. It’s not just development, they understand the bigger picture.

Incredibly Satisfied

We hired them to fix the scroll function on our website and they were very quick to respond and very accurate on the timeline to resolve the issue. The pricing was pretty good and Tom had EXCELLENT communication and had the issue fixed in less than 3 hours!

we began receiving complaints from customers who were struggling to browse the website. The menu, which was supposed to streamline navigation, instead became a major point of frustration.
On mobile, we replaced the problematic hover-based menu with a simpler collapsible version that was more stable and user-friendly. Extensive testing was conducted across different devices and browsers to ensure a consistent experience.

After implementing these fixes, the website’s navigation improved dramatically. Customers could easily browse categories without glitches, and the mobile experience became smoother, preventing crashes and performance slowdowns

The service for this project has been exceptional. As a client of IT-Geeks for multiple projects, I have consistently experienced outstanding responsiveness and support throughout the entire process.

ITGeeks did a great job in handling the technical and design processes for our site migration..

We are a small beekeeping business with a brick and mortar location as well as an online ecommerce presence. that needed to update our website. When we chose Shopify as our new platform, we also realized we needed professional assistance to get all of our products, customers, orders, and various data points successfully moved over from Lightspeed.

Beyond the technical part of the migration, no one on our team was quite design-savvy enough to handle the new website creation. We were able to give ITGeeks some ideas and inspiration, branding colors and images, and schedule a video call to choose a new template. Within just a few weeks, we were excited to log in and play around our beautiful, functional new site.

ITGeeks team has been with us every step of the way - communicative, friendly, quick, and kindly answering every silly question I had. I'm glad we went with them and I encourage others to do so, as well!
