ITGeeks

Sophie and Eva have been so helpful keeping our website up to date. They are incredibly responsive and meet with us weekly to ensure our website is accurate and that all changes have been made as we expected. They are very detail oriented and follow instructions to a T. They are a pleasure to work with and experts in Shopify. Whenever we have questions on how something can work on our website, they are quick to provide recommendations on how this can work with Shopify's built in features.

We hired IT Geeks to implement design changes on our website. Our goal was to make our product page more professional and easier to use. It is a very complicated product page, with a lot of customizations.

From placing the order to execution, everything was great. The quality and the communication with the it experts was first class.

We are working with the IT-Geeks for two years now and we are planning to keep up or collaboration. With the IT-Geeks we have implemented the tommy-equestrian.com Webshop for Europe based on Shopify Plus. The expertise and competence is great and we really appreciate the way they are working and communicating with us. If something is urgent, they put all effort in it to get it done immediately. We have found a great partner to work with!

We had a great experience with IT-Geeks. Eva and her team were able to give us the exact website design we wanted. The project timeline was estimated at 45 days, and it was completed in that timeline as well. Eva was very responsive throughout the whole process. She responded to everything in under 24 hours. Additionally, she gave updates multiple times per week to check different parts of the website they had updated. They made sure all parts of the website redesign were addressed. They made it easy for me because they were so on top of what needed to be done. We are now in the 30 day grace period after the project has been completed, where they will update anything you need, and they have been just as responsive during this time period as they were during the actual project. I'm very happy with the outcome of the project, as well as the team that worked with us along the way.

Tom and Rob do a great job keeping up with the latest updates to Shopify. . I look forward to continuing our relationship on future projects.

I have worked with Eva and the team at IT-Geeks for a long time now and I cannot rate them highly enough. They are timely, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them highly.

We needed several upgrades to our already existing Shopify website, like adding a wait list feature for out-of-stock products, adding accepted payment option in our page's footer, etc. Eva was very responsive and efficient.

We have worked with ITGeeks for several of our web development projects, and each time is a seamless experience . They are our go to for all of our E-commerce needs. Communication is always prompt and professional.

We wanted to move from Wordpress to Shopify to enhance our customer experience and fix all the unnecessary issues Wordpress brought. While we we’re at it, we decided to also update our website design to give it a new life as it had not been updated for over 5 years. Our main scope was 3 things: Migrate the website from Wordpress to Shopify, implement the new website design that we had created and implement a few new features to the website such as a loyalty programme, Instagram feed, returns portal and bundles. There was no issues with migrating the website, everything went smoothly and as expected. When we re-launched the website, we had the biggest influx of visitors and sales we've ever had and the website was functioning properly without crashing. All the deliverables we're met and we really appreciated how much the team had patience and flexibility with our never ending design notes as we realised a lot of new improvements on the way.

IT Geeks are very professional, very friendly and super experienced. They always have a can do attitude and super friendly. I will not recommend anyone other than IT Geeks!

Sam and his team at IT Geeks were amazing. We had an old outdated website. IT Geeks migrated our Shopify site to 2.0 professionally and efficiently. Sam communicated with me every step of the way via email and Zoom. IT Geeks provided our company with exactly what we needed in timely, professional manner. They made sure that all of our needs were met.

My overal experience with this company was one that you can only experience by having them work for you. The product and service they provided has far exceeded my expectation. The cost was a value that will pay for itself in a couple months. Communication was great, service excellent and they did everything I asked and I consider myself to be to picky and difficult to work with. The simply do what you a and your business need.

I approached the ITGeeks team with an e-commerce website build-out project on Shopify. I could tell they were highly competent based on the many positive Shopify reviews and sample work they posted. My first impression was confirmed time and time again throughout the project. Communication with ITGeeks was simply ideal: timely, detailed, clear, and kind. For someone who's not in the IT space, I was able to understand what was going on every step of the way. The ITGeeks team is also easy to work with. They took all my questions and suggestions into consideration when I brought them up. This was a clear sign of being open to collaborate, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I'm glad I went with ITGeeks for this project and I would certainly work with them again.

The team is great to work with -- quick results and always willing to put in the work to get exactly what you need. They are our go-to for big and small website design solutions.
