She listened attentively to our needs, provided insightful suggestions, and translated complex ideas into a visually stunning and user-friendly design. Throughout the project, Bella and her team maintained open communication, provided regular updates, welcomed feedback, and ensured every detail was addressed to our satisfaction. The website design is a perfect blend of modern aesthetics and functional elegance, incorporating cutting-edge elements that enhance the user experience. Fully responsive and visually captivating, it is easy to navigate and tailored specifically to our business needs.

I recently worked with Adam + ITGeeks team to address some custom coding needs for our Shopify storefront's product templates. There was an initial miscommunication in the beginning, but Adam's clear and prompt communication quickly rectified the situation and was incredibly helpful. His communication was clear and prompt and the resolution was handled with professionalism. Many thanks to Adam and the ITGeeks team for their hard work and dedication.

Collaborating with Andy from IT-Geeks was an absolute game-changer for us at The Bronx Brewery. His expertise and dedication shone through every step of the process, from concept to execution. With crystal clear communication and meticulous attention to detail, Andy ensured that our new website not only met but exceeded our expectations. His professionalism and efficiency made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Thanks to Andy's hard work and expertise, our website now stands as a true testament to our brand. We're thrilled with the results and give Andy a well-deserved 5-star rating across the board

I have used this company several times for different projects. Each time I was super pleased with the process and the results. They accommodate a lot of back and forth for revisions and attempts until the results are perfect to my liking. They don't lose patience or charge more even if I ask to try different things until I decide it is the way I want. Their communication is always very kind and consistent. I highly recommend their services.

We had an excellent experience working with IT Geeks on a complicated website move to a Shopify theme. Our communication with our project manager was extensive and always timely, professional, friendly, attentive and we are extremely pleased with the final project. We had a lot of dynamic metafield and variant metafield work that was not simple. With over 10SKU’s were a bit nervous. From the get go they fully comprehended our product and the flow of how it was all to fit together. That was impressive in and of itself and was a very important factor to making this project even possible. We are delighted and very thankful we chose IT Geeks as they were always there with us every step and we couldn’t be more happy with the final outcome. Thank you all very much for your hard work and dedication to getting this project completed on time.

The experience was completely positive, the responded quickly and got the work done just as fast. The scope of the work was fairly simple so they charged a reasonable price and even completed a small revision free of charge.

Great experience from start to finish. Emailed late at night on the East Coast and they responded quickly and got me linked up with a project manager. Great communication and timeliness of the work that needed to be done. Reasonable fees. Highly recommend IT-Geeks!

I requested ITGeeks to have the videos on my website not have any symbols or logos and to play continuously as well as stoping and starting when the customer wishes.

I had an excellent experience working with IT Geeks - my project manager Chris Taylor was attentive, knowledgeable, and responsive, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns, as well as providing forward-thinking recommendations based on IT Geeks’ experience with a variety of business types. Although I had a small project with a limited budget, IT Geeks provided excellent service at a very competitive rate (I assessed >20 developer agencies before deciding to go with IT Geeks). I didn’t have any previous experience using Shopify, and the team did a great job both implementing my vision as well as helping me understand Shopify’s capabilities/limitations. The team also interfaced with the app developers to ensure the functionalities I wanted could be implemented, saving me a ton of time! By using IT Geeks to help build my website, I was able to focus on other important parts of running my business.

The experience with the IT Geeks team from start to finish was absolutely amazing! I have already introduced them to 2 friends looking for a website rebuild. The team is very kind and efficient. If you provide them with the right information and design inspiration, they will understand what you are looking to achieve! Their response time is also insanely fast, and task completion is equally as quick! I never waited longer than a few hours for message replies. Most of the time, their replies were almost instant. As a client under time constraints, it is crucial to supply the IT Geeks team with what they ask for as quickly as possible so they have what they need to complete your project quickly.

I always get a speedy reply and clear communication from the team. They rarely provided work that needs further editing or clarification, they understand and exceed the brief every time. They are my go-to for any website work I can't do myself.

HIGH-FIVE to IT Geeks for a highly skilled and professional project experience! This team works with honest, open communication on all levels of the project and is patient enough to explain finer details and offer consulting options. Organized, well-executed goals with the technical skills to back the project needs to completion. I highly recommend this great company for their great teamwork with a special SHOUT OUT to Adam, my project manager. Thanks for all your help!

We asked for a complete redesign of our existing website, a new design, a new concept. We had a vision and they executed it perfectly. Our specific requests were also quickly answered and implemented.

We had an important feature of our shopify website stop working. After reading that many other stores have had the same issue - and that shopify was no help in resolving the issue - we came across IT Geeks who were recommended as a solution in one of the support threads we had read. I contacted them, and they responded very quickly with a reasonable quote to fix the issue. Once approved they got to work and the issue was resolved the next day. The feature that broke was our gift notes section. When a customer checks out, they can write a gift note on their order. The dialogue box was present on the site, but the notes customers were leaving were not making it through to our staff on the back end - so orders were going out without their notes. They did what they said they would do, in the timeframe they said they'd do it. I will use them again.

We had a vision for our website but not the IT experience to make it come to life. IT Geeks stepped in and were a catalyst for launching our new e-commerce website.
