KAIA Design is an independent digital studio and web design agency based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, combining Web Design & Development, E-commerce, SEO & Search Visibility, AI Search Visibility, Website Care & Management and Photography & Content.

Our studio roots date back to 2008 through EART Design / Evident Art. KAIA Design was established in 2011 and initially operated alongside Evident Art, before gradually becoming the main studio brand as our work, clients and projects consolidated under KAIA Design.

Today, KAIA Design is run by Kaja Bis and Tomasz Bis, combining experience across design, technology, e-commerce, search visibility, AI Search and long-term digital growth.

We provide WordPress web design and development, WordPress development, WooCommerce development and PrestaShop development and support. Our work includes new website builds, e-commerce platforms, redesigns, custom functionality, migrations, performance optimisation, security, technical recovery, checkout and payment troubleshooting and long-term platform support.

We help businesses improve visibility across Google Search and Google Maps while preparing for AI-powered search through AI Search Visibility, AI Search Optimisation, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).

Our AI Search work focuses on strengthening website structure, content, entity relationships and technical signals so businesses are easier to discover, understand and reference across Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI-powered discovery experiences. For e-commerce businesses, we provide WooCommerce and PrestaShop development, PrestaShop support, product and category architecture, checkout and payment support, performance optimisation, security, content management, recovery, migrations and ongoing platform management.

Website Care & Management includes website maintenance and ongoing technical support for WordPress, WooCommerce and PrestaShop websites, including monitoring, backups, updates, troubleshooting, security, performance optimisation, recovery and ongoing development after launch.

Our wider creative work includes UI/UX, branding, visual communication, product photography, project photography, 360° product content, selected corporate video, motion design and digital content.
