What Users Like The Most

What struck us the most was their deep knowledge of education user behaviour and how they apply that to design effectively.
We were most impressed with the user interface, their ability to execute complex functions and features, and the overall application design.
We particularly liked their content creation skills and creatives that really resonated with our audience. Their existence themed visuals, reels and promo’s helped us differentiate from the rest of the crowd.

What Users Like The Least

There was nothing really it could have done better, the only real thing it could have possibly provided would have been more documents or onboarding that is not directly design related to our developers.
In terms of the overall project timeline, there were no issues experienced within the project as a result of the slight delays in the revisions of the design.
Only one weak point - a bit slow to reply sometimes if it was the weekend or a holiday. It didn’t do much to interfere with the flow of the campaign, but a little faster response time when someone is in dire straits would be nice.

We had positive experience with Kinetic Web Builders.

They were on the ball from strategic thinking, design to launch, both listening to us and suggesting new solutions lots of hand holding and confidence to make our new site at the end of the day. And they also sort of stayed with us even after launch, making sure everything went smoothly after we launched. Their user interface is clean and easy to use and the CMS they built allows our staff to make updates without knowing how to code.

We had great experience working with Kinetic Web Builders.

Their team really got to know our industry and what we needed in the design, a design that was sleek but that wouldn't be mistaken for a kids' clothing site. They did a great job in advising us on user journey flow and then implementing all the features we asked them, on time. Performance wise it has been fantastic on all platforms & we've definitely seen an increase in client interaction.

The UI is easy to use and it has saved us a lot of manual efforts with automation. We also had good help from them after deployment.
