Please introduce your company and give a brief about your role within the company?
With 6+ years of experience, Kmphitech is the fastest growing mobile application development and game development company in the world. We are ready to cater to any technical needs in any of the below-mentioned area:

We have completed a total of 500+ projects with clients all across the globe. As a CEO, I oversee all the project transactions in and out. Despite handling multiple projects, I like to keep in touch with all my clients personally to make them feel that they can contact me anytime for anything. That is one of our quality we are proud of. Being always available to clients no matter the time zone has to lead us to where we are.
What was the idea behind starting this organization?
Being from a small city in India, everyone has to go out of the state to find jobs in the technical arena. My partner Mitul Goti and I were also on the same boat and one day decided to do something to bring employment to IT developers in our city so they do not need to go out and find the jobs. Keeping that idea in mind, we started Kmphitech, currently empowering 25 employees and growing. We aim to employ as many people from the city as we can and become a pioneer in IT development for the growth of ourselves, our city, state, and, eventually, our nation.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We do not outsource any work. We only accept the work which we can handle in the house as we do not want the responsibility to shift to any third party. So far, we did not have to deny any project just because of the unavailability of the resource. With an extremely experienced team of developers, we are now more reliable than ever.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
As I mentioned in the above answer, we do not rely on anyone else for any task. We have an in-house team that can handle any development need from scratch. If clients are trusting you to handle something, we take full responsibility for the task without laying it off to any third party vendor. Clients trusting us and us delivering the product on time with full responsibility is a value addition to our company in our perspective.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We cater to all the industries. There is no restriction of us accepting the projects from any industry. We do have repetitive clients. Almost 50 % of our business is from repetitive clients.
Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a mobile app.
We are usually very precise in determining the timeframe of the project. Hence, we need a full list of functionalities to be included in the application/game to provide a timeframe. There are many things considered while deciding the timeline, but overall, it depends on how complex the application/game is.
How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a mobile app?
65 % of the efforts are done in front end and integration of front end to the backend.
35 % efforts for back end.
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a mobile application?
The target audience is the most important parameter. The client needs to determine what platform will be most suitable for the target audience of the application.
Which platform do you suggest your clients to begin with when they approach you with an idea (Android or iOS) and why?
We suggest both the platforms. Because if you want to get into the market with an application, you need to focus on both android and iPhone users to cover the entire market.
Android or iOS, Native or Hybrid — which platform is best to use to build your app? What are your recommendations?
We always recommend the native platform for Android and iOS app development. Hybrid platform has some limitation down the line when you want to make modifications or integrate any third-party libraries. Native platform supports all kinds of possibilities you might be coming up for future version of your apps.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a mobile application?
Amount of efforts required is the only key parameter we consider.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We charge fixed cost structure in the beginning. That amount is to be paid in 5 phases. For any new additions, we charge per feature.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We do not have any minimum budget requirements. We have worked on the projects of the cost as low as $1500 also.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?
Which business model do you suggest to your clients enabling them to generate revenue from mobile applications? Why?
We do not suggest anything about monetizing the application. We are not expert in that hence we do not give any input on that to our clients.
