I'm Federico Medinilla, founder of KyndredAI, a one-person AI-automation studio in Buenos Aires. I build automation for small and mid-sized businesses that lose hours to manual, repetitive work.

I focus on three services. AI agents, for when something has to be decided and not just executed, like qualifying a lead and routing it to the right place. n8n automations that wire your apps together so information moves on its own: a WhatsApp message becomes a CRM contact, a sale builds its invoice data, a form fills a spreadsheet. And AI chatbots trained on your business that answer customers instantly, day and night, and hand the complex cases to a human.

Most of what I build runs on our own AI (Claude, by Anthropic). The difference is the approach: instead of a generic bot, I load your entire business context into the AI, so it works the way you would. For Colegio Bayard I built "Bayard Writer," an assistant that writes in the school's own voice because the school's identity and style live inside it.
