They quickly got the user interface up and most of the functions done for which I was very pleased. The communication between the app and the door controller is with hexadecimal commands. When there were issues our engineers that developed the custom tool were able to spot issues and clarify command structure to their development team in a timely manner

We’ve been really happy with their work and continue to use them for projects. We’ve given between 80%–90% of our development to them because their quality of work is so high. L-S Studio also understands our business needs and how to communicate with us effectively. They steer us in the right direction, and we trust them to show us the best solution.

I took a huge risk starting this project, but 10Clouds has delivered. At the beginning of the development process, there were many uncertainties due to unclear details. However, as we progressed, we clarified and resolved those issues. Their team of experienced developers provided valuable assistance.

L-S Studio was always available, no matter the time of day, even on the weekend. There was an 8-hour time difference, but that didn’t have a negative impact on communication or availability. We mainly used Skype, but Maria also used Jira to keep me updated on deadlines. We are very happy with the product. Our website is live and working well. They delivered within the set timeframes; that’s very important.

The team has successfully taken-over the project, and worked with me to gain access of all related components. They have troubleshooted several complications in this process, as well as unexpected challenges for the integrity and security of our website. They have assisted with and successfully claimed unused AWS credits, resulting from unused instances that were causing high monthly costs as a result of work by previous developers. I have received a testflight to review features implemented to date, that were functioning as per scope.

They were responsible for project micromanagement and change control. We expected challenging revisions during the development phase, but they solved all issues instantly. They were a young team and quite cooperative. I was happy to work with them.

Their team was concerned about the success of our project. Our business partners were friendly and helpful. If we had a chance of a higher workload, we knew we could scale up if needed. Logic Soft provided us with a confidence boost.

They are very helpful to us; they break things down so we can understand how the mobile side of the app communicates with the web side, how the web side operates, and where to locate the API information required to run the app. We adore the app's appearance. They've achieved the exact visual aesthetic we were going for—we provide them various photos that we like, and they do an excellent job of realizing our vision. Occasionally, we have second thoughts, and they don't hesitate to accept that. Everything we see always meets our expectations.

Logic Soft's project management was excellent. They adhered to the project timeline. maintained open lines of communication during the development process. provided regular updates on benchmarks and developments. remained transparent and kept us informed about the project's development.
