Describe your project in brief

We were looking for a solution to automate delivery operations in Latvia. We didn’t have our own system, and all logistics were handled manually: couriers were assigned by phone calls, orders were distributed chaotically, which caused delays and wasted time. On top of that, we relied heavily on third-party aggregators, which reduced our margins and left us without proper control over the process.

Lab42 offered us a fully customized solution. The team analyzed our business workflow, set up automated order distribution among couriers, and integrated it with our POS system. Now everything works in real time: when an order comes in, the system automatically assigns the nearest courier, the customer sees live tracking, and we manage the entire process from a single interface.
