Indiana Department of Agriculture Levels Up

The IT systems that supported the ISDA’s important mission were not efficient. Developed over 15 years ago, the legacy systems were full of features but were disconnected from the actual flow of work. The team was engaging in time-consuming manual processes, duplicative data entry, and paper file management.

To improve their efficiency and effectiveness, the ISDA partnered with Level Up Development, an Indiana-based company that has a collaborative approach to creating unique software solutions that take operations to the next level. Working with Level Up allowed the Indiana State Department of Agriculture to take advantage of unique expertise and fresh perspective while also minimizing disruption of the legacy system until the new solution was ready.
