Listonics is an office IT company in Dubai. We design, install and support the whole technology environment for offices of five to two hundred staff with no in-house IT team: structured cabling, network and Wi-Fi, workstations and accounts, Microsoft 365, backup, cybersecurity and ongoing support, delivered by one team rather than four suppliers.

Most work starts at one of two moments. A company is fitting out or moving into a new office and needs everything working on day one. Or an existing office has outgrown what a previous contractor installed, and nobody can say how it is configured.

Every engagement begins with a free IT assessment on site, followed by an itemised proposal with a fixed project scope. Clients receive documentation they own: a network diagram, an asset register, firewall rules with each rule's purpose, and the backup configuration with the date of the last tested restore. Engineers are employed, not subcontracted.
