Lumeops is a digital creative studio based in Blackburn, Lancashire, working with clients across the UK.

We cover four disciplines with one team: branding, web design and development, search, and automation. The combination is the point. A business that buys the design from one agency, the build from a developer and the SEO from a third ends up with three suppliers, three invoices and nobody who owns the outcome. Doing all four ourselves means one standard across the identity, the site and the technical work behind it, and one number to call when something needs changing.

Engagements run from a straightforward site for a local business through to custom-coded flagship builds with real-time 3D running in the browser, and on into mobile and web applications, client portals and bespoke software. We scope to the business rather than to a service menu, and we will say so when the cheaper option is the right one.

Two things we do that most studios do not. Every client gets a live portal showing their site, their search performance, the work log and their invoices, so nobody waits for a monthly report to find out what they bought. And our portfolio labels delivered client work, spec builds and self-initiated concepts separately, because an unlabelled spec build is how a great many agency case studies mislead the people reading them.

We do not guarantee rankings, quote figures we cannot evidence, or invent deadlines to close a deal. Retainers are cancel-anytime, and clients own their site, their content and their accounts outright.
