Our project aimed to develop a cutting-edge mobile app for our business, designed to enhance user engagement, streamline processes, and ultimately boost our revenue. We were seeking a robust and user-friendly mobile app solution.

We have engaged Makes360 on a global scale to enhance our staff for our Advertising Company. Initially, we brought them on board to bolster our workforce in the areas of Electronic Health Record (EHR) product development and Quality Assurance (QA) activities related to that specific product. Recognizing their expertise, we later expanded our collaboration by hiring an additional Makes360 engineer to contribute to our Practice Management product as well. The integrated team consisting of our in-house engineers and the professionals will collectively advance our products by introducing new features, rectifying any issues, and ensuring the overall maintenance of the software. This collaboration reinforces the strength of our engineering team as a unified force, dedicated to driving innovation and meeting the evolving needs of our Company.

Makes360 team did an awesome job of understanding the functionality of our old site and the requirements we had for the new site. They were extremely knowledgeable about the options available in terms of technology, and made recommendations specific to our needs. We especially wanted the transition to cause as little disruption to existing customers as possible, and Makes360 worked hard to achieve that. They came up with a new architecture for the site, did the bulk of the work of documenting all the functionality (epic mapping), and made a variety of substantive suggestions for how to improve our customer and admin experience right off the bat. We didn't always choose to go with their suggestions, but the discussion always led us to a solution better than we would have come up with alone! After the primary project, we signed a retainer for maintenance, and also did several additional large projects to add significant new features.

The process commences when our clients submit their artwork, uploading it directly to our website. Following this, we input the printing order details into our system to facilitate efficient order tracking. Operating on the cloud, the system proves to be highly beneficial and communicative. The majority of our interactions were conducted through prompt message exchanges, offering seamless communication. Additionally, we conducted some conference calls via Skype for more in-depth discussions.
