I paid €920 upfront for web development and design work, but received no completed deliverables. Communication became inconsistent, my messages were ignored, and my Slack access was revoked without warning during the dispute. The project was terminated unilaterally with no transparent explanation of what happened to my payment or any offer to resolve the issue.
