In addition to traditional fee-for-service software development, we offer a unique Build for Equity model for startups.  Early-stage startups in need of a tech team partner with us, and we provide technical expertise and software development in exchange for an equity stake in the company.  Founders gain an experienced tech partner while preserving cash for marketing, sales, or strategic hires.

Review Summary

Contacted them after we were awarded a Govt Contract. Finding new developers for the project. Claimed tey gave equity-based development, which would be perfect for the future growth of the development process on this contract scope.
I requested information, requesting a conversation to meet and discuss the programs etc.

They replied and denied the meeting and claimed a few things in the email without EVER speaking or knowing what the project was about. Because I have to get NDAs signed before I can just "give away" the project scope.
