Contacted them after we were awarded a Govt Contract. Finding new developers for the project. Claimed tey gave equity-based development, which would be perfect for the future growth of the development process on this contract scope. I requested information, requesting a conversation to meet and discuss the programs etc. They replied and denied the meeting and claimed a few things in the email without EVER speaking or knowing what the project was about. Because I have to get NDAs signed before I can just "give away" the project scope.
