With a legacy system in place, our goal was to modernize it to align with our requirements. McBird Technologies was engaged to assess the existing system and collaborate with key stakeholders. Serving as development partners, they enabled us to significantly reduce contract and expense/reimbursement cycles by 70-80%. This optimization not only streamlined our operations but also led to substantial cost savings.
