The features necessary in Nexus often require extensive knowledge in how we work as a business and in the private equity industry in general. Miracuves Solution being able to ask us questions easily throughout development or jump on adhoc calls was integral to the success of the Nexus platform and speed of development. We wanted to work within a strict budget with Miracuves Solution and they were able to facilitate that with monthly reports on time spent and breakdowns of where in the project required most effort. When this came into question, Miracuves Solution were able to work with us to figure out where time would be best spent and how we could make the most out of the time available for the project each month. We were often invited into daily standups to discuss the progress of development and to discuss any difficulties being faced during development.

Miracuves Solution’s Project management style allows us to stay up to date with the development work on the platform by providing input and feedback. We have regular meetings to discuss upcoming feature development and regular releases are made enabling us to feedback on the work that has been done

They worked very closely together with our team and were involved in our planning processes. I provided my feedback to their CTO, and there weren’t any issues I was aware of, but I certainly felt comfortable bringing those to them. The CTO and I would hop on Zoom meetings once a month and then speak on Slack if we had questions. We were pretty well connected, especially for them being in Ukraine and working through the time difference. They adjusted to our core hours.

We had biweekly, half-hour calls to discuss the project and had other calls as needed; we also used Slack to communicate. They were very responsive and set realistic project timeline expectations. Miracuves Solution also provided different cost models — we chose a week-by-week exploratory pricing structure. I did have several questions about how we were being billed between the junior and senior developers, but I never asked them.

Miracuves handled the full-cycle app development—from UI design to launch—ensuring the final product matched our brand’s high standards.
