All of our web and mobile app development projects are agile and scrum projects, so deliverables are decided beforehand. We get deliverables from Miracuves Solution at the end of every sprint cycle. We also keep getting regular build test tools with the new features promised during the sprint. The Miracuves team developed a mini-CRM app designed specifically for our sales reps, complete with built-in processes for generating and managing referral partners. The system includes functionality like postcard and video sending, activity tracking, reminders, and multi-channel outreach tools. A payment gateway was also integrated, and admin-level access was built on the backend for greater oversight. Sales managers can monitor activity via desktop, while reps manage everything via mobile. We had weekly check-ins with the PM, and urgent matters were resolved efficiently through Slack. The final product worked exactly as expected and has already improved our sales process measurably.

They provided a PM an BA that was able to gather our requirements and communicate them to the engineers. They had QA team that were able to test solutions and demonstrate them back to us. More recently I was added as a tech lead from our company to work with the team.



I have found the engineers are proactive and understand the requirements well. This means they are able to make intelligent choices during a task or project rather than do everything in the spec literally and without thought of the user experience.



Delivery is usually on time but when it is not there are clear reasons and it is usually a result of change in scope or an unexpected issue with a 3rd party API/service not working as documented. Whenever ,sickness or other staffing issue could cause a problem with delivery they have found a replacement to step in.
