What Users Like The Most

What I liked best was that the gallery appears to function as intended, providing the air-gallery display platform. This offers us opportunities for further development next year. I greatly appreciate their ability to persevere and be accommodating despite our obvious misunderstandings.
They are Very Responsive and having expertise in their domain. They have a hub of experts.
They are very capable and reliable.

What Users Like The Least

The early communication issues led to misunderstandings that persisted throughout the project, causing significant extra work for both parties without clearly identifying the source of the confusion. This ultimately reduced the delivery to 2/3 of the project.
Should develop an advertising extension, this will be helpful to have the development services augmented by advertising spend under one roof. They need to hire more Marketing experts.
Speed of delivery. It is not bad but there is always room for improvement.
