Firstly, we received water bills back dated as far back as 2018, bills that we are not legally required to pay due to the lengthy backdate on these, that we did pay. Following this, we have not received any water readings.. Specifically, we have had members of staff showing up at our premises, and refuse to take a meter reading as they did not want to touch the small amount of rain water covering the panel, stating ‘this is not my job.’ There have been occasions where our staff have had to do this for them as they were about to leave without again, making a reading. So many of our bills, which have made an unbelievable increase, have done so without any information. I then contacted the accounts department regarding these bills, which they have given little explanation for, and 4 times now, over email and phone, asked a member of staff to call me. This phone call has never happened, yet they expect us to pay bills.
