Similar to the feeling of itching a scratch for 10 minutes, the itch not leave and then it bleeds.
Firstly, we received water bills back dated as far back as 2018, bills that we are not legally required to pay due to the lengthy backdate on these, that we did pay.
Following this, we have not received any water readings.. Specifically, we have had members of staff showing up at our premises, and refuse to take a meter reading as they did not want to touch the small amount of rain water covering the panel, stating ‘this is not my job.’ There have been occasions where our staff have had to do this for them as they were about to leave without again, making a reading. So many of our bills, which have made an unbelievable increase, have done so without any information.
I then contacted the accounts department regarding these bills, which they have given little explanation for, and 4 times now, over email and phone, asked a member of staff to call me. This phone call has never happened, yet they expect us to pay bills.

Describe your project in brief
Would rate 0 stars if I could. Overbilling with no explanation. Terrible communication. Genuinely unsure how they get away with what they do. If moving into a building with water managed by this company would seriously keep an eye on every bill, water reading and communication (or lack of)
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The way they don't take responsibility for their actions with such confidence is admirable.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
I cannot fit this into 500 characters, but would give 0 stars if I could.
