Neuros Technology

Neuros Technology is an AI-first software company founded in Istanbul in 2019. We build generative AI and agent systems, custom software platforms, mobile applications, data platforms and regulated fintech systems — and we ship them to production with evaluation sets, cost models and live monitoring, not as pilots that stall after the demo.

WHAT WE BUILD

AI and agent systems: document processing, retrieval over enterprise knowledge, classification and routing, decision support. We start by deciding which task gets automated, not by picking a model, and we prove it on a 200-500 example evaluation set before anything reaches production. Custom platforms and SaaS: multi-tenant products with tenant isolation, subscriptions, billing, SSO and audit logging designed in from release one, because none of those can be retrofitted. Mobile applications: iOS and Android, including offline-first apps for field teams. We run the App Store and Google Play processes ourselves. ERP and business systems: production tracking, traceability, quality and warehouse systems that sit alongside a working ERP rather than replacing it.

HOW WE WORK

Every engagement starts with a written scope that also states what falls outside it — most disputes come from what was left unwritten. Delivery runs in two-week cycles with a working, testable build at the end of each. After launch the system stays monitored; a defect report should come from instrumentation, not from the client.

CREDENTIALS

Delivered in 18 sectors and 8+ countries across Europe, Central Asia and the Gulf. Five products of our own operated at enterprise scale. Four ISO management system certificates: ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO 22301 and ISO 31000. KVKK and GDPR obligations enter the architecture, not an annex.

Source code, database schemas and full IP transfer to the client on delivery. We publish in Turkish, English, German and Arabic.
