Newcastle Web Co builds websites for small businesses across Newcastle, Lake
Macquarie, Maitland, Port Stephens and the Hunter. We started in 2024, and you
deal directly with the person building your site.

Every site is hand-built on Astro. No WordPress, no page builders, no theme with
fifteen plugins loading before a visitor sees anything. That is the whole reason
our builds are fast. When we migrated Bellus Bridal Hair & Makeup off WordPress,
the same page went from 56 to 95 on Google's mobile PageSpeed test, and all 151
existing URLs were preserved so nothing that was already ranking lost its place.

Search work is in the build price rather than sold back to you afterwards.
Keyword research, on-page SEO, schema markup, FAQ sections written for Google's
AI answers, and entity signals so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews
can name you. Larger builds ship 30 or 50 suburb pages, one per service and
location, each written for that area rather than find-and-replaced with the name
swapped.

Pricing is fixed and agreed before we start. The Starter is $1,800 for 3 to 5
pages, live in 3 weeks. The Growth is from $3,500 for a fully custom 5 to 10
page build with 30 suburb pages. The Authority is scoped and priced at consult.

After launch we keep the site running on a monthly support plan from $50 a
month, covering Cloudflare hosting, SSL, domain and DNS, uptime monitoring and
security patching. Any build runs on any plan, and you can move between plans
from the next billing cycle.
