Nile Bits is a software outsourcing company. We build digital solutions suitable for each business size. Nile Bits is an appropriate partner company for successful and goal-oriented outsourcing, we provide a combination of western quality standards and management guidelines with Egyptian know-how and work ethic.

For my role in Nile Bits, I founded it in 2014 and I am working as CEO & CTO.
What is the story behind starting this company?
Well, I used to work as a software developer for a huge US-based software company, this client was very happy with my work and attitude and he always assign me a lot of work.

One day I suggest to him to hire more developers to help me out and get the job done and he agrees and this is how Nile Bits started.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We hire resources in-house and outsourced them to our clients.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
  • We are very fast!
  • We care a lot about quality over the cost.
  • Checking on developer’s work all the time, performing code reviews with advanced static analysis tools according to community and industry standards.
  • Ensuring a pro-active communication channel between the teams and our clients of any progress and/or technical issues.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Well, there is no specific industry we are specialized in, we can serve any industry.

Customer Satisfaction rate is %100! We are a very flexible, we adopt the best and the easiest process that fits our customer to meet his requirements and expectations.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have a lot of channels of communication such as:

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
For Projects, it is paid per Milestone, for dedicated resources it is monthly.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, the minimum requirement is a project brief in case of developing a software project or job description for dedicated resources. The minimum budget for software projects is $20K.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
The price range in 2021 started from $10K to $150K.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Well, I see it as the biggest software outsourcing company that provides the best software and resources to our clients.
