What is the story behind starting this company?
The idea to start this business came from my love for technology and looking at the way the people were leaning towards creating more and more automated systems. I am a technology leader and quickly realized that the demand for such services was constantly rising. We’ve always placed a huge emphasis on the personal value of our employees and even our customers so we recruit and train the best talent in the industry. And by “best talent”, I mean the people who are most capable of doing the work required for each and every specific customer and project. Ideally, we want our employees to be over-achievers when it comes to fulfilling our clients’ expectations.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third-party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are a fully in-house company. Our team and their skills cover all a client’s needs throughout the full software development life cycle - from designs to both frontend and backend development. We go the extra mile when we need to deliver over and above what’s expected at the outset of a project.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We always take projects which we can complete on time and within the budget. We always go the extra mile in accommodating the customer with any new changes even after the project is completed. We handhold customers even after our services are completed to ensure a smooth transition.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We serve all industries, as all of them require software / Mobile app solutions. However, our focus is on telecommunication, Retail, Ecommerce, Service, Insurance & fintech.

We offer custom software, mobile app development, project rescue team, digital marketing, website, web portal, and staff augmentation.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We are a customer-centric company, and our focus is always customer delight. We ensure that in each stage of development we have an approval process to avoid any misunderstanding or communication gaps when the project is delivered. Few minor new changes are always accommodated at the last minute to ensure customers are happy with our work.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have a business manager and dedicated PM for each customer and they are always answerable to customers before final sign-off. We have all queries and issues handled directly on phone or in-person meetings at our office. Our response time is usually 24 hours for all the customers.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We usually follow a fixed cost structure which is paid as per milestone for each phase of development.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We are flexible in terms of minimum budget, but from our experience, $20,000 would be our bottom line.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Our projects ranged between 20k USD and 500k USD.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Our mission statement is to empower people who wouldn’t otherwise have access to developers with long-term rewarding employment.
