We worked with OmnixNexus to implement an ERP system consolidating patient billing, inventory, procurement, HR, and finance onto a single platform for our healthcare organization. The team invested time understanding our workflows before configuration, so the system aligned with how our departments actually operate. They met every milestone on schedule, communicated clearly and responsively throughout, and handled our change requests without affecting the timeline. Our staff adapted to the new system quickly during the rollout. The one area for improvement would be more detailed documentation and hands-on training sessions at go-live—these would accelerate adoption even further. Beyond that, a bit more advance notice on release schedules would help with our planning.
