What is the story behind starting this company?
People often ask me, “Why recruiting?” “Why not?”, I ask in response.
 
I am confident that highly qualified specialists are crucial for a company's development and success. I have worked in Google and in the biggest Web3 companies long enough to see how the lack of professional staff led to the inability to reach the planned business indicators or launch a new product. In the worst cases, it significantly reduced profits and even caused the business closure.
 
In the era of real competition, it is not so accessible to find talented promising employees if you have no professional experience in this area.
 
Working in another field of business, I faced similar difficulties. So, I first wanted to study this issue in depth. And then, I decided to deal with recruiting professionally.
