We got to work with Ontargit five years ago after changing the partner multiple times. We're looking for a partner with strong expertise in cloud computing and we got it all with Ontarget. Since then there were a couple of technical challenges related to the cloud and Ontargit helped to overcome them promptly. The other thing to point out is their flexibility in solving the customer requests in a way exactly you need it solved.
Pros :
  • Deep expertise and experience in the technical domain we used them at. It helped us to run continuosely and saved thousands of dollars.
  • Flexibility and prompt pace while solving our specific requests, which saved us multiple dollars.
Cons :
  • We haven't experienced any significant inconvinience that impacted our oprations in any way.

Our two platforms ticktsell.ai and tickethunt.net run on the Azure platform by Microsoft and are served by Ontagrit including migration, maintenance, and operations support. There were a couple of technical challenges that Ontargit helped us to overcome.

We have been working with OntargIT for almost two years now, and they proved to be reliable and supportive business partners. Our product is based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, and OntargIT was instrumental for our implementation phase and ongoing development. This company is flexible to our needs as a customer, and provides a genuine thoughtfulness for our product and our business well-being. We can without hesitation recommend them as software development and implementation partners.

  • In our current project conditions, we can't think of anything to point out as subject to improvement

OntargIT provided consulting and development services. They organized Microsoft Dynamics 365 training for staff and continued the project even during the war.
We were happy with their work. Communication is always clear. We still believe they provide a very valuable service.
Pros :

  • Their honesty, transparency, and ability to connect their consultants with clients that share the same values.
Cons :
  • I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — I’m satisfied with their work.
