Other Land is a product design studio that helps AI startups, fintech, and B2B SaaS teams turn stalled products into ones that grow.

Founded in 2017, we work from New York with a team across the US and Europe. Most clients come to us at the same moment: they have a working product, but the metrics are stuck and internal progress has slowed. That's where we step in — not as a pair of hands, but as a thinking partner that brings structured product logic, clear design hypotheses, and fast iteration.

What we do Our work sits at the intersection of product strategy and UX. We start by finding friction in core flows — onboarding, activation, engagement — and redesign them for measurable improvement. From there we move into hands-on product and UX/UI design, build scalable design systems that let teams ship faster, and support brand and website work where it's needed.

Where we focus AI startups are our core today. We've designed AI-native products including an AI local marketing platform for multi-location businesses, an AI-powered hotel booking platform, and an AI marketing assets generator — shaping complex, data-heavy interfaces and the design systems that scale with new AI features.

Fintech is a long-standing strength. We've partnered with start-ups backed by Y Combinator and a16 since 2021 on product design, brand, and website work, and led a multi-year engagement with a US investing and debit card platform covering new features, app refresh, and design system. Fintech products carry trust barriers, dense flows, and real constraints — we design with those in mind.

We also work across B2B SaaS and mobile apps, from compliance platforms to marketplaces.
