Wynter is a market research tool that helps companies quickly test and improve their sales copy by gathering feedback from real people in the target audience. The platform provides fast, quantified, actionable feedback to help businesses improve messaging and reach product-market fit faster.

The challenge

The client needed to turn their vision into a functional web platform, with the goal of allowing users to quickly select pages or content blocks, gather quantified feedback from real users, and receive results within 24 hours, all while ensuring a smooth and easy-to-use experience.

Results

Paralect developed the MVP in just 4 months. After launch, the platform quickly gained traction with over 2500 registered users and 110 completed tests. Continuous collaboration with the client helped refine the feedback process and improve usability, making Wynter a reliable tool for rapid messaging research. Wynter earned multiple Product Hunt awards (Product of the Day, Week and Month), and received glowing user feedback highlighting its simplicity and effectiveness.

Coding learning platform for students from underserved communities

Initial problems with VeroSkills platform

Before starting the partnership with Paralect Daniel and the team were building the platform for about a year.

The initial problems included:

  • lack of QA and multiple issues in the released software
  • lack of structure and organisation to how software releases are to be done
  • low speed
  • a lot of engagement from the founder and the sales team were put into the development instead of sales & growth.

The initial set up included a small in-house dev team.

But it appeared that running the team of professional developers is still a job to do that takes time and needs to be done well. Plus hiring team members from big companies might get tricky. Because when you are working on a startup, you need to hire people that understand startups.

Key changes in the working process

The early days of partnership between VeroSkills & Paralect included some of the following changes in the way the product development works:

  • a lot of cleaning up, critical & high issues fixes;
  • setting up a roadmap with monthly backlogs and regular weekly releases;
  • setting up processes & artifacts for the transparent working flow: release notes, demo videos, weekly syncs with the whole team and founders;
  • introduction of the demo environment;
  • user analytics tools set up and statistics reporting;
  • automation testing;

Results & plans for the future

Right now, VeroSkills is at the 700K ARR milestone and the plan is to at least double in the coming 6 months. We have more than 10+ NGO partners who have already signed their students up to learn on the VeroSkills platform, and more students join every month.

We have also managed to build a small but really engaged team of tutors on the platform who communicate with our students and us on the daily basis, supporting and sharing insights.

In terms of development we still have a lot to work on with the platform:

  • focus on the students engagement features to keep them motivated to continue learning
  • introduce a recruiting flow for VeroSkills learning path graduates.
