GREAT engineers who really know how to deliver to spec.
The transparent way in which they work. It makes for a very trusting and easy to collaborate with solution.

What Users Like The Least

Hiring can sometimes take longer than what was quoted for. Minor point though as hiring is hard.
On some occasions, it has been seen that engineers are issued with dated equipment. Usually only temporary though.
Quality of deliverables could be improved to reduce testing/fixing cycles. Softheme is proactively working with us to improve in this area.

tamigo is a work force management solution that helps out companies around Europe with planning, absence management, hr and payroll. Polytech has helped us with all parts of our application all the way from the core architecture through improving our mobile apps

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Great and transparent communication and good attitude helped find the right people for the job

Skilled developers who were able to join our existing teams and help out with tasks very fast

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Hiring new people to join our projects sometimes took longer than expected. Hiring is tough and it was more important for us to get the right people.

I have experience working with Polytech Software (formerly Softtheme) over the last 5 years. My first experience was on a project for a customer that they were involved with. This was a large scale project where they provided development resources to augment teams. More recently we have engaged them directly to provide Salesforce development resources. The developers we have worked with were highly skilled and had a positive and constructive attitude. We used Data Analysis techniques to help SABIS apply an Adaptive Learning approach to their Learning Content Management Systems. It was done to facilitate SABIS the process of adapting their training program to each student's performance.

Also, SABIS wanted to find out

If it is possible to predict the results of the annual evaluation of students;
How to identify weak students and how to increase their chances of passing the final test;
If doing homework helps raise student performance.
