We’ve seen both an increase in rankings on SERPs as well as several lead opportunities come through the website already. It took about three and a half months to pick up, which I understood would happen. I think it would’ve been a long uphill climb if we were to have gone with a different agency. I have one main point of contact who’s organized and clearly leading his team based on the direction I provide him. Their reporting platform is very unique and easy to understand. I can easily pull reports for leadership by using it. That’s been key to our success in project management.

Carry the new branding through to campaign material that supports our awareness-raising and fundraising in the community. Initial discussions at different times involved the CEO, account manager and technical support. When we had refined our requirements, our account manager was the main conduit of communication but on occasions we spoke directly with the web developer and designer involved in our project. The timing went a little over initial expectation but that was probably down to our time management more than theirs. Preto Business always responded to any questions or changes in a timely and helpful fashion. Preto Business ability to 'get' what we needed and their creativity far exceeded our expectations.
