Profil Software

This is my second experience with Profil- the first being they helped me create SimplyFundraisingCRM, the first nonprofit CRM based on modern design and NO PASSWORDS. After just a couple of years, I ended up selling the business to an incumbent in the space and started this new company. The people at Profil are really great to work with and I can easily communicate *and* relate to what they are doing. They designs are very modern, and the pace of progress is above average vs. other dev shops I have used in the last 20+ years. Plus, they are just good people in general- you can tell. Overall, I'm actually worried about providing this positive review because they might become more popular, lol.

Profil's experienced tech lead has been the absolute corner stone of the team. Tester is an absolute gem. Design has also been top grade and up to the task. Management has been proactive from the start in terms of team composition that matched our needs. Even though there has been some changes in the team, replacements have come around fast and the new hires have brought even better skills to the table.

We were looking for a top quality software outsourcing partner to rebuild our cybersecurity SaaS platform. We reviewed over 50 software shops online and in the end gave Profil a try. The project is still in development, but we can currently report that our SDLC productivity has doubled compared to what we had previously. The Profil team is embedded within our R&D process. We are directly involved in all aspects of Profil's implementation.

The expertise of the team is phenomenal - depth of knowledge on backend development, and rapid iteration on frontend work.
