Qabiria

As part of a vast project to expand overseas and consolidate its online sales channel, AW LAB turned to Qabiria for the translation and localisation of its e-shop and blog from Italian to English.

The project involved the translation of product sheets and blog articles, totalling about 250,000 words, to be published in five weeks. During the first phase of analysis, conducted with AW Lab’s IT service provider, the most appropriate process for treating the original format in order to extract translatable content was identified.

Subsequently, the initial count was scaled down, thus excluding all repetitions. The actual translation was then assigned to a team of native translators experienced in the clothing sector, who strictly adhered to the brand guidelines. Finally, the work underwent an intensive revision process, designed to ensure not only the highest levels of content quality, but also total fidelity to the original format.

In order to spread its communication and marketing campaigns across much of Europe, Heura needed a partner capable of guaranteeing an immediate response to its requests and working under tight deadlines and with web-based tools such as Google Docs and Canva, translating and typesetting in Italian, German, French, Polish, Dutch and Portuguese.
