Review Summary

Today Alfonso Barrenechea was training around 20-30 employees in Theory of Constraints. Topic was on scheduling systems and I made the comment that I wrote our scheduling software by myself in under a year. Alfonso then said "Sure you did, with only your left hand right"

This training was being filmed for use for new employees in the future. If you want to be made fun of, even when you are truthful and the trainer has no idea, expect them to make a point to mock you in front of everyone.

Nothing they made fun of me in front of many of my fellow employees.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Not mocking people in your training session may be a start.
