What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
The initial setup phase — domain warm-up and technical configuration — takes about two weeks before campaigns can go live. If you're expecting immediate results from day one, you'll need to be patient during this ramp-up period. Other than that, no significant complaints. It would also be helpful to have a self-service dashboard for making minor campaign adjustments without going through the account manager.
