From a business perspective, the addition of the Mac software enabled us to round out our software suite. Customers were delighted that they could now use Our Software on both Windows and Mac. They were equally impressed that files were compressed exactly the same. It allowed us to expand our reach of technology sales partners and reach some Mac-only service providers. We are now into the fourth iteration of the Mac software with Mercury. We added many new features and file formats so that it is almost the same as the Windows version. The results exceeded our initial goals and expectations and we ended up with a solid development partner with whom we are expanding our partnership each year.

Redot Global helped a mid-sized manufacturing company modernize its operations by developing a custom software platform and mobile app. After a detailed analysis of their workflows, Redot built a cloud-based Manufacturing Management System with modules for production planning, inventory control, machine monitoring (via IoT), and real-time reporting. The mobile app, developed using Flutter, allowed floor workers to scan barcodes, track tasks, and perform quality checks—even offline. The solution integrated with existing ERP systems and included real-time dashboards for better decision-making. Together with the Redot Global expert team, we took the choice to switch from JavaScript to TypeScript and rewrite our Node.js backend code throughout our cooperation. They made a concerted effort to make sure that our app's architecture was optimized for both present and future maintainability. A well-defined style guide that improved the developer experience and expedited the onboarding process for new team members was the outcome of this painstakingly managed change. They offered thorough documentation, including an impact study and a clear timeframe, detailing the benefits and possible disadvantages of their strategy. Our CTO and I had a thorough discussion about risk mitigations, making sure that any possible issues were dealt with early on.

We needed a user-friendly app for iOS and Android. It has to provide all the features to make the best adventure experience. So that Redot Global developers implemented such features as registration, booking, payment integration and other features. It was important that all the types of bookings were integrated. Because this project called for extensive app localization for each language, cultural appropriateness, formatting, etc. To translate the text, language, etc. for this, their team included translation services. As an app should be designed both for android and IOS, we used Kotlin developers for Android and Swift devs for IOS. Redot Global UX/UI made sure that the travel app had a user-friendly UI and an attractive theme design.

Redot Global created an AI-based IT service management system to improve mobile operations. Three key aspects were incorporated into the user-friendly mobile development: process automation, AI prediction capabilities, and automated ticketing features. Through the use of AI capabilities for proactive event detection and remediation, the team developed an intuitive interface that allows IT personnel to monitor, manage, and fix issues straight from their mobile devices. They preserve real-time workflow processing and improve service delivery efficiency by utilizing already-existing company IT resources in a seamless manner.

We needed a robust and efficient QR code generation system that enables users to input desired information (e.g., URLs, email, contact details) and generate corresponding QR codes. This system also supports customization options, such as QR code size, color, and format. The website required appropriate technologies and frameworks to ensure compatibility, performance, and security. This includes front-end and back-end development, database management, and system integration.

We had a couple of discovery workshops in the first weeks, using Miro, after which we proceeded with more detailed requirements for the mobile app (as was necessary for meeting our regulatory needs for medical certification). This lead to a better understanding and refinement of the project scope. After this step, a roadmap was developed, and work started in sprints, with periodic builds being delivered to us, as well as weekly discussions on the project scope and technical implementation.

Our experience working with Redot Global to develop the iOS app for 7E Wellness was nothing short of exceptional. Over 250+ products had to be uploaded on a shopify store that was to be made from scratch. This was a bulk sale store and the descriptions and pricing was a challenge. The final deliverables were an application, website. Shopify was used majorly, but there were also some unique features which were facilitated by coding separately. I am thoroughly happy with how the website and application looks! The unique deliverables are done, and I have a system in place to independently manage my store post development.

Our projects have continuously improved since we started working with Redot Global engineers. Our workflow is stable since every task is finished on time, allowing us to proceed to estimate and infrequently surpass it. We often only get favorable comments after the product is released, which shows how professional and well-done the developers' work was. Slack and Google Meet were typically how we interacted with developers, while mail and various messengers allowed us to speak with management at the same time. They were usually quick to reply to inquiries and requests, which facilitated effective communication between us.

Project management was frictionless and deliverables were always on time. Needs or change requests were implemented and there was much effort given to adapt and still deliver on time. We were pleasantly surprised by the decentralized exchange that Redot Global created: 1 Both the amount of trade and the number of daily active users have significantly increased. 2 The platform has drawn a lot of traders due to its quick transaction speeds and inexpensive costs. 3 The smooth movement of assets between several blockchains has been made possible in large part by the cross-chain bridge.

Overall, the work was delivered within a reasonable timeline. We did go past our initial timeline but that is to be expected in such a project. We were also being very rigorous on the quality of the results and asked for last minute changes, so the delay was partly our responsibility. They took onboard the input, changes and adjustments we requested along the way. The team worked with us patiently and with understanding - and a common goal of making it right.
