Our projects have continuously improved since we started working with Redot Global engineers. Our workflow is stable since every task is finished on time, allowing us to proceed to estimate and infrequently surpass it. We often only get favorable comments after the product is released, which shows how professional and well-done the developers' work was. Slack and Google Meet were typically how we interacted with developers, while mail and various messengers allowed us to speak with management at the same time. They were usually quick to reply to inquiries and requests, which facilitated effective communication between us.

Balises Technologies developed a mobile app with a user-friendly UI/UX, ensuring seamless verification requests and approvals. The app was built to work across iOS and Android platforms, with robust security features such as multi-factor authentication and encrypted data storage. They also handled backend integration with our databases and APIs to ensure real-time verification functionality. Additionally, they provided ongoing maintenance and updates to optimize performance. Balises Technologies was highly organized and responsive throughout the project. They utilized Jira to track progress, ensuring transparency and accountability. While there were occasional delays due to unforeseen complexities, they communicated effectively and worked swiftly to resolve any issues. Their use of Agile methodologies allowed for flexibility and continuous improvement.

First we discussed the over all concept. Then it was scoping, Redot Global provided us the wire frame, based on that after finer discussion, final mobile app screens, its business functions and database structure were decided. Project time line as well. We are unable to provide the concept in detail here but it was based on new idea of user using flights, taxi and cars and optimizing its travel and earnings. Project was delivered properly. There was a slight delay as we did one last minute change in business logic. The entry screens and others were quite well explained. So we did not have any major issue on having the app approved on stores. The biggest success was our to be investor are very impressed and we are on closing of next round of funding for massive push of our concept in market.

Work scope: Web and mobile application designs, SaaS platform development, and assurance of business analysis, development, testing, and DevOps resources. Important deliverables: Web applications, native mobile apps, and a back-end that guarantees front-end functionality and interfaces with several third parties make up this white-labeled SaaS platform. Angular for web self-service, Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android mobile applications, Java for back-end micro-services, MySQL database, cloud vendor-neutral infrastructure that was first deployed to AWS, and the subsequent open source third-party projects KeyCloak, HashiCorp Vault, and ElasticSearch were among the technologies utilized.

Redot Global helps us develop a solid and scalable Flutter mobile application that works on iOS and Android. We already had the first version of the app that had things to improve, and they immensely helped us define the architecture of the app and improve its functionality and value. They not only delivered a high-quality app, but also made suggestions regarding UI design and services to use and integrate. We have ongoing cycles that we work through. heir expertise in Flutter is very impressive. Without question, though, is the experience and knowledge in software development combined with their direct and transparent communication that we found most impressive.
