We approached Relia Software to build a fantasy app for cricket fans in India. Application was specifically built for Indian Premier League. When we approached Relia, we had 3 months to go for the event. Time to market was key and all we had was a requirement document and some paper sketches. We were skeptical to hire Relia initially as they knew nothing about Cricket! But they were confidant of building the product in 2 months and give us enough time for us for UAT and Beta testing which was very important considering the scale we were expecting after the launch. To our surprise, they nailed the UX, delivered the 1st version within 2 months so that we could get valuable feedback from our early adaptors and then make required changes to launch the product on time to the market. They also supported us with automation and devops to manage the scale. Highly recommend Relia Software team for their commitment, technical knowhow, flexibility and top notch professionalism.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Initially we had hiccups in PM but they were quick to realise the same and sort the issue. Apart from that I can not think of any major issue.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I liked their initial strategy. This project was something new to them and cricket wasn’t a sport they were aware of, but they got involved and understood the concept. They took on the project and made sure the delivery would be perfect for the upcoming season. They only committed to things they could deliver, which gave me good visibility and allowed me to plan marketing accordingly. I wasn’t kept in the dark at any point. I’ve worked with IT services companies in the past, and Relia’s service stood out. I’ve seen companies with better processes than them, but Relia has an excellent level of know-how.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There’s nothing I can think of.
