Really positive - they were efficient, fast to respond and the quality of the work was excellent.

From concept, through to design, build and launch Rivenox have been a great source of expertise

The Rivenox team from the very beginning have been very easy to deal with as they have a group of people who have worked in different industries and different sized companies so can draw on different references and don't turn up with a one size fits all mentality - which as a start-up Helpi Group doesn't need.

Secondly, they have been very good at sticking to their timelines which was essential to us as we were managing many different workstreams with the new platform launch so we need transparency with any issues or delays.

They were instrumental in the early days in starting out with designs based on best practice and how to navigate our customers through some complex sales journeys which was very useful to us to learn from.

Rivenox have also been very attentive with feedback and requested changes since the Helpi platform has been live and we now get real customer feedback which again speaks of their partnership approach.

Describe your project in brief

We held a lengthy RFP process to find a partner we could trust in not only building our enterprise platform - which included two mobile apps, two websites and a backend administration platform but also a partner who could support us as we grow from a fresh start-up to hopefully a large market-leading company.

Rivenox really impressed us with a proposal that gave us opportunities to quickly launch into the market and grow our offering in parallel which is critical for a new company like us.

The Helpi platform and websites are now live and we still have the full support of the Rivenox team who now provide all support and maintenance services and we continue to work really well together in growing the Helpi Group offering as we continue to expand across the UK and beyond.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

It felt easy - in the early days we had a clear concept of what we wanted the Helpi platform to do, however, when we started to get into the detail we had lots of open points we had never considered and Rivenox took a leading role in navigating my team through this. Even when we got things wrong any revisions were assessed in the context of adding value and not who was right or wrong, which again just made the process easier.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Nothing so far - we built an entire platform which was a lot of effort between the teams in Helpi Group and Rivenox and we managed to do it in the right way. There was no blame culture when things didn't go quite right and no waving a contract around: it was all just pragmatic discussions and at the end when we launched we all felt we had done a major achievemet.
