Romanos Boraine is an independent consultancy that helps research teams, public-sector projects, donor-funded contractors, development-sector organisations, and operational teams turn messy information into structured systems, faster analysis workflows, clearer reports, and better decisions.

I work across database architecture, custom AI building, data synthesis, report writing, and insight generation. Most projects start when useful information is spread across spreadsheets, PDFs, interviews, submissions, reports, forms, emails, folders, or notes, but there is no clear system for using it.

I help organise that material into practical databases, evidence trackers, AI knowledge bases, synthesis workflows, reporting systems, and automation workflows. The work is not generic AI setup or low-level admin. It is practical system design that helps teams reduce manual work, improve source traceability, speed up review, and produce clearer outputs.
