I would like to introduce RV Technologies, which has been in business for more than a decade now. We specialize in web development, design, mobile app development, and digital marketing services to yield significant growth for both startups and large businesses. We have an excellent track record for the best client satisfaction.
Now coming to my role within the company as a Chief Operating Officer - I oversee the company’s business operations & ensure it has effective operational and financial procedures in place. I work according to the established business model and focus on executing its business plans. In addition to this, I architect operations strategies and help human resources build out core teams.
What was the idea behind starting this organization?
With so many business ideas already existing, it was quite difficult to come up with the right idea at that time. We didn't have the luxury to pursue starting a business idea, without having to worry about how we were going to meet our financial obligations with no immediate income source.
But things gradually started to take shape. There was not any single idea behind but collective ideas by experienced folks. We tested our way into the new service, analyzed feedbacks, validated the business ideas, and started generating income. The most important thing is to master the art of scaling a business idea. Trusting your gut feeling is a must for succeeding in a business venture.
What is your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We believe that a business model distills the potential of a company down to its essence and provides a framework for success. Some companies rely on lengthy processes, while some move quickly and articulate the basics. The thing is that there is not one business model, but a discipline to work through a plan, which is what we exactly do. Here is a brief overview of a handful of frameworks and approaches we use-

What makes our business model effective and beneficial is because it provides us a competitive edge over other companies. With implementing such a model, our company has made a unique reputation in the marketplace, and we have been encouraging first-time customers to hire us.
Another major boost that our business model gave us is financial sustainability. In today's scenario, a staggering number of businesses shut their doors due to poor financial management. We are very fortunate that our business model keeps us abreast of exactly how much profit is being made each month.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive?
As a company, our experience is primarily in marketing agencies, commercial services, including various other industries. However, our designers and other executives have a wide range of experience in other industries too that can't be covered here. I am proud of our team and sometimes wonder how they accomplish such challenging tasks so effortlessly.
It is due to our exceptional services that most of our customers are repetitive. We have established trust in them and vice versa, which has proven to be quite fruitful for our business. Retaining customers is not complicated, but it does require hard work and organization, which we have been doing for a long time.

Yes, we do provide website maintenance solutions. We are also offering support related to server hosting, firewall with complete security applications.

Developing a web app is quite a cumbersome task and requires a lot of efforts and difficult to estimate the development cost. But we take certain factors into consideration that determine the cost of an app-

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
As each project begins with a certain upfront amount, we have many convenient pricing models for our clients to choose from. We charge fixed, hourly, and milestone-based amounts. In addition to that, you can either hire a fully dedicated employee or an entire team.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
It all depends upon the collaborative efforts by the team to accomplish a task/project. If we think that the project can be completed in less time, then the price gets low and vice versa; although we have certain protocols while defining the budget necessities too.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
Our 2018 portfolio comprises of $5K - $100K projects, depending upon the client demand related to offshore development or it will be regular maintenance & optimization for business betterment.
