RW Interactive is a senior-led development and devops team based in Lisbon. We work with operational companies whose digital operations have outgrown their systems: orders that live in three tools, reports built by hand every Monday, a site or app that nobody is clearly responsible for after launch.

We take responsibility for the whole technical operation. Build means designing and shipping the software, integrating the systems you already have, and automating the workflows that cost your team hours. Run means the part most vendors skip: hosting, monitoring, documentation, maintenance, and a monthly report that shows what changed and why.

Our working method is the founder's own rule: know the process, optimize the process, automate the process, in that order. We do not automate a process nobody understands.
