Introduction

S25 partnered with Amigo, a NYC-based AI company, to define the brand and product experience from the ground up. The work helped Amigo emerge from stealth and supported a $6.3M seed raise, with a platform and identity designed to scale.

The Challenge

Amigo needed to communicate a clear position in a crowded AI market. The brief called for a human-first AI brand that amplifies expert capability, without falling into the familiar, tech-dominated visual tropes.

On our side, the challenge was building a system that could unify product UX and marketing touchpoints while staying distinctive, trust-building, and scalable.

Solution

We set the strategy around “amplifying human expertise through AI” and translated it into a cohesive identity and product language. We delivered a centralised design system spanning product UI and the marketing site, ensuring consistency across coach-facing tools and customer journeys.

We designed and built a custom Webflow site, extending it with GitHub-synced animations to maintain precise design control as the brand evolved.

Impact

Amigo launched with a differentiated brand and product experience that supported the company’s transition out of stealth and contributed to closing a $6.3M seed round. The unified system now enables faster iteration across product and marketing, helping the team scale reach and revenue without fragmenting the brand.

Introduction

S25 partnered with Rumor to elevate the product and digital presence around a clear brand idea: connecting the people and experiences that shape culture. From app UX to website design, we aligned every layer to support high-impact moments and the tools that make them possible.

The Challenge

Rumor needed a cohesive experience across app and web that could carry a culture-led brand without sacrificing usability. The platform had to serve two distinct audiences, members and hosts, with very different goals, while keeping discovery, access, and event management fast and intuitive.

Solution

We defined end-to-end experience journeys for members and hosts to streamline discovery, engagement, and event access. We then reimagined the app experience across iOS, Android, and web, covering everything from event discovery through to host-side guest management.

To unify execution, we built a scalable design system and delivered a content-first, mobile-responsive website optimised for applications and downloads.

Impact

Introduction

S25 partnered with AutoGuru to launch FleetGuru, a multilingual AI voice agent and portal that digitises fleet maintenance at scale. We delivered the brand and a promotional website built to win attention fast, support international expansion, and set a foundation for future product and portal rollout.

The Challenge

AutoGuru’s existing website and FMC onboarding approach were not built for non English or emerging markets. The brief demanded a wow-level launch experience that could sell the promise of FleetGuru before buyers cared about the technical details.

Creatively, we had to make a complex, voice-first product instantly understandable and aspirational, while designing a system that could scale across multiple agent scenarios and markets without rebuilding the site every time.

Solution

We shaped FleetGuru’s identity and website around a storytelling first narrative, introducing “Mic”, the Maintenance Intelligence Copilot, as the human entry point to the product.

To make the concept tangible, we designed the Human2Agent conversational panel as the core interactive template: a reusable, left to right dialogue system that can be swapped to show inbound mechanic calls, outbound booking flows, and service confirmation scenarios.

Under the hood, we built a modular design system and motion layer to keep the experience cinematic while remaining reusable, consistent, and fast to extend. We then implemented the site in Webflow.

Impact

FleetGuru moved from concept to a market-ready presence designed for international expansion, with a clear narrative buyers can grasp in seconds. The reusable Human2Agent framework gives AutoGuru a scalable way to demonstrate new agent use cases over time, supporting sales conversations across both English and non English markets while keeping the experience consistent and easy to evolve.

S25 partnered with QS to rebuild its digital platform into a coherent, system-driven presence that reflects its role as the global authority in higher education intelligence. We aligned brand expression, UX, and content architecture into a scalable foundation built for global audiences and multilingual publishing.

The Challenge

QS’s existing ecosystem was fragmented, hard to navigate, and inconsistent across regions and audiences. It struggled to express the renewed brand, support global content operations, and deliver a clear experience for institutions, students, and partners at the same time.

Solution

We designed and built a sophisticated platform anchored by a robust template and component library, enabling consistent layouts and adaptive modules across the site. We defined a unified design architecture and multilingual CMS structure to support global publishing at scale.

To make the system ownable, we introduced a geometric language derived from the QS “Q”, carried through UI, iconography, and data visuals to create a recognisable connective tissue across touchpoints.

QS gained a cohesive platform that strengthens global credibility and improves access to rankings, insights, and intelligence. S25 partnered with Catalyser on a full-spectrum brand and platform rethink, spanning strategy, identity, visual language, product UI, and a staged website presence. We built a unified system that brings creative character and strong usability into a single, scalable expression.

The Challenge

Catalyser needed a distinctive identity that could feel human and emotionally engaging, while still signalling trust and credibility. At the same time, the platform experience had to be intuitive and functional, with a design system robust enough to support future rollout without losing consistency.

Solution

We clarified Catalyser’s positioning and translated it into a character-led identity system, supported by a colour-coded language to mark anticipation, milestones, and celebration. We redesigned the product UI with scalable components and clearer flows, then delivered a narrative-driven website with custom animation to express the story with momentum while staying easy to maintain.

Farm Consulting needed a clearer, more contemporary identity that could signal credibility in data-driven advisory, without losing the human, on-the-ground nature of the work. The digital experience also had to feel refined and modern, while remaining practical, legible, and easy to extend as the consultancy grew.

We reframed the narrative around modern farming intelligence and trust, then built an identity system that blends analytical precision with organic warmth through geometry, imagery, and a nature-derived colour palette. We translated that language into a scalable UI kit and designed a website experience that feels sharp and grounded, carrying the new system consistently from storytelling through to conversion paths.
