The worst integration platform I've ever seen

We employed the integration company to subcontract the service for our client, to make the ERP talk to WooCommerce. We gave it to a third party as it is outside our expertise as web developers.

The middleware was atrocious, the supplier had no skill.

They took our $4.5k and then delivered nothing.

Absolute nightmare, their integration platform was under developed, full of bugs, their team was not capable and the owner gaslit me continuously.

We were offered a refund because it was such an attrocious experience, but then he just ghosted me.

I don't like leaving negative reviews because I am in marketing and know the impact on a business, but ignored emails, texts and calls, we are left with no choice.

I have had to cover 2x integration costs for my clients now, losing time and money. So disappointing

gaslit us catfished us took our money product was subpar employees didnt know what they were doing owner is so disrespectful, you wouldn't believe his communication

SaaS Integrator did not deliver, wasted $5,000

SaaS Integrator looks polished on the surface with their flashy website, but the reality is very different. Communication has been poor, deadlines have been missed, and despite taking full upfront payment, they have failed to deliver anything close to the agreed brief.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

None. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company or its Director. They are incompetent, and when questioned about their work, they gaslight and blame the client. In my 18 years of business, I have never encountered a company with such a poor attitude toward customers and such abysmal service.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

This company is a facade. The Director operates under a fake name, and an ASIC search shows no real office—just an apartment in Queensland. They offered us a refund but never honoured it. Since then, we’ve been completely ghosted by the Director and had to hire another provider to get the job done.
