SalesAR team promised us at least 20 face-to-face meetings with relevant decision-makers, and we're close to 40 now. The majority of these calls were with firms looking for clinical trial services. I know from personal experience that identifying appropriate firms and persuading key individuals to speak about prospective services is quite tough. This project has a high level of complexity. We offer niche services and work for big companies, so it's not so simple to arrange these meetings. Our team received a lot of quality leads because of SalesAR. I'm in touch with a number of them right now, trying to build connections and get closer to signing contracts.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

SalesAR team is always responsive and never tells me it's out of scope. They always try to understand my feedback and adjust accordingly.

We selected this vendor out of many similar business type agencies by taking some test month and realized that they offer fair price for the job they are doing. From the very beginning we took a Test package of 500 researched leads per moth and set a goal to arrange more than 15 appointments.
The team immediately started to generate leads and in 1 week we already got 1/3 of the total quote. The team was informing us regarding each new meeting and were forwarding full correspondence thread each time.

We are very satisfied with the outcomes of our email marketing campaign. We have already received positive responses from such recognizable FMCG brands as Avon, Coca-Cola, Lego Group,Nestlé and others. We are definitely subscribing for the second month as the first one has brought fruitful results. Instead of around 10 promised appointments, SDRs engaged more than 20 prospects. They attracted such huge brands as Nestle, Kimberly-Clark, H&M, PepsiCo and others to our app. We had also asked SDRs to add and manage the contacts in our CRM, which they kindly agreed to do. Such positive results and hard work made us want to have long-lasting cooperation with SalesAR.

Due to research issues, the project did not get off to a speedy start. Even though the number of emails at the start of the campaign was insignificant, we received a large number of positive responses. We had about 13 calls in the first three weeks of the mailing, although less than 1000 emails were sent. Despite the challenges and delays, the SalesAR team met and exceeded our objectives by scheduling over 40 calls in the first month.

SalesAR’s experts can prepare a list of contacts according to the client’s ICP and set up meetings with potential clients in a matter of days. We strive to provide the utmost results within the shortest period possible. I am the CEO at SalesAR and my responsibilities include the management of all departments and quality control.
What is the story behind starting this company?
My colleague Anton and I were engaged in sales around three years ago, dreaming of enhancing the quality of leads. The company we worked for also required decent lead generation but the contractors' services were either too expensive or of poor quality. Once we were sick of expensive/irrelevant/low-quality databases, the idea came to us… lead generation is what we need to do.
What are your company’s business model –in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
The majority of our team works from our office in Kyiv, a few employees are based in Chicago, Illinois, and a small percentage of employees are outsourced.

Our main services include - preparing the list of contacts according to the clients’ ICPs, fighting spam, targeted outreach, appointment setting, and developing sales, which allows companies to spend time on meetings without a need to look for companies and decision makers’ contact information and/or be overloaded with lengthy correspondence. All our clients need to do after collaboration with SalesAR is to work with high-quality hot leads which saves their time and money.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Due to 24/7 assistance, an account manager who can assist in selecting the best approach to find potential clients and reach them out, and A / B testing to use the most striking emails, our clients are always satisfied with SalesAR’s services and team.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
From the moment the contract is signed, the customer will be assigned with SalesAR’s expert team capable of resolving any issue. The main point of contact is the account manager who is available around the clock and can answer any questions or dispel any worries a client might have.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We have a flexible subscription model that we can tailor specifically to each client’s needs. We offer two subscription options - monthly and quarterly (1000 or 1500 contacts per month).
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
There is no minimum cost because everything depends on each client’s individual needs and goals. The subscription starts at $ 1.5 per contact or $ 3300 for appointment setting services.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
It depends on the project we are working on. As I said before, our basic project starts at 1,5$ per lead. For example, over the past year, our projects started from 1000 contacts and finished with 5000 contacts per month. In case of increasing the number of leads over our general subscription packages, we usually give a discount.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Our main goal for the next few years is to open an office in the USA, then in Europe. Increase customer flow by 200% every year. And to launch our new unique product.
