The Customer commissioned ScienceSoft to perform Salesforce customization of their Sales Cloud-based solution. The Customer required to customize report types (like the report on additional services and the product reports) for better visibility into the distribution of teams’ efforts and the use of materials for their projects. The Customer also needed to present the information about their revenues and expenses in a more convenient and user-friendly way. Other requirements were to streamline the processes of creating warranty emails, invoices and introducing the process of purchase orders’ (POs) approval.

ScienceSoft created software that allowed consolidating data about patients, medication inventory, clinical services and marketing activities from 200 databases and converting this data into insightful health analytics with prompt reports.

Having wisely combined different big data technologies, ScienceSoft delivered an IoT solution with rich functionality. The solution is able to process 30,000+ events per second from 1 million devices. It allows real-time notifications and media content transfer.

ScienceSoft delivered a data analytics platform that relies on a mix of big data technologies. With this platform, the Customer is able to benefit from insightful regular and ad-hoc reporting, analyze their users’ behavior, as well as predict how users would behave.

In a result of professional reverse engineering, 200+ Flash-based screens and legacy PHP code of the medical enterprise system were successfully migrated to JavaScipt and Java, which allowed for increased system performance as well as simplified its maintenance and updates.

Thanks to a comprehensive app code review, a US chiropractic care provider avoided unknowing disclosure of PHI. With further business consulting and redesign of a custom EHR application, they received a comprehensive requirement specifications for the renovated version to solve existing security problems and provide new beneficial functionality.
