Is it possible to mirror the stock that another website shows and ensure our website is updated in real time to show whether something is in stock or not?

We don't have access to any csv files or data, the only information they can provide is the details shown on their live website.

Please advise how this can be done and cost and timescale.

The ecommerce platform we use is Shopify.
